Mediation Services

At A. McMurrey Law Firm, PLLC we are focused on healthy outcomes for families no matter what. This includes supporting families that are disagreeing, changing, and adapting. It's important for parents to work together to create (to the best of their abilities) a safe, supportive, and loving environment for their children. This is especially true for parents who are separating, divorcing, or adding a new adult to the family dynamic.

Family mediation takes on many shapes, but typically it involves just the co-parents. Mediation is a confidential and more cost-efficient process where a neutral third-party facilitates communication between parents with the goal being a co-created and realistic agreement. Attorneys can be involved and they can also not be involved. The shape of the mediation is entirely up to the parties who have chosen to mediate.

Whether you're a couple thinking about separating and need some guidance and support to help design a co-parenting plan or you've been ordered by the court to mediate, A. McMurrey Law Firm, PLLC is here. We'd be happy to discuss your goals and see if or how we can best support you.

Areas we can help...

  • Co-parent separation and divorce

  • Children's visitation schedules
